Apart from the above, it is a vial link between various organization of Government and the industry, trade and service organization which help overall industrial & trade development in the Rohilkhand Division.
The Organization was established in the year 1964 in the name of ROHILKHAND EMPLOYERS ORGANIZATION. Year after the organization gained importance and strength and subsequently we aligned us with national bodies such as Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry and PHD Chamber of Commerce & Industry and now it is renamed as CENTRAL U.P. CHAMBER OF COMMERCE& INDUSTRY WELFARE ASSOCIATION, 95-A, Civil Lines, Bareilly
